corrugated box or padded envelope with JSM Books as the return address.

A - The ONLY place you will find "jsmbooks.com"
is on our internet site. All packaging and billing, including your credit

A - NO!!!! We are not in the business

Q - Do I have to order by credit card?
A - No. Even though we accept Visa, Master
Card, and American Express, we will also accept a
personal or business check, check verification over the internet
or a money order.
Q - Is it safe to order over the Internet
using my credit card or checking account?
A - We have taken every precaution to insure
your security. First, we use a third party encryption service, Redi-Check,
to process credit cards and checks over the Internet. We selected Redi-Check
because they use only the latest secure software including address verification.
This means that the Bill to address and the address your credit card company
or bank has on file for you MUST MATCHor the order cannot be filled. In addition to the billing address we provide a place to enter your shipping address if you want it shipped to a diffrent location. If your order is declined, make sure you have entered in the correct billing address if not this is probably the reason. This protects you and us from anyone being able to use your stolen credit card. Also, Redi-Check sends only an approval number to us, not your account numbers.
Q - When will my order be shipped?
A - We keep an inventory of our most popular
products. If your order is in stock and you have paid by money order or
credit card over the Internet, your order will be shipped within
2 business days. Please allow 7 working days for personal, business checks or check over the internet.
If a product is not in stock, we will order it the same day and usually receive it from our distributors within 5 business days of our order.
Q - When will my credit card be charged?
A - JSM Books will charge your account at the
time of your order.
Q - What is your return policy?
A - You may return unopened and unused products. We will credit your credit card account the full amount paid less shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee.
Q - What if I know what I am looking
for but cannot find the book video or other product?
A - It has been our experience at jsmbooks.com

A - Yes. We are continually looking for more

Q - Will there be any sales tax charged
to my order?
A - At this time, only in Florida. By state law,
we are required to charge 8.25% state sales tax.
Q - What formats are available?
A - We can only get NTSC VHS (For play in USA, Canada, Japan etc). Our distrubutors CANNOT provide either PAL VHS (For play in UK, Australia, NZ, Europe etc) or SECAM (For play in France)
Q - Are any video tapes available in
Beta version?
A - No, not at this time. All our videos are
VHS format.
Q - I have heard a lot about Mail Order
and Internet fraud. What can I do to prevent it from happening to me?
A - Purchasing Mail Order and across the Internet
have developed a lot of well deserved ill will and distrust. There are many
people out there with one thing in mind when doing business with you. They
want to separate you from your money for nothing in return. This is nothing
but fraud. As the old saying goes: "If it sounds to good to be true,
it probably is." We have put together the following suggestions, hopefully
to help you from becoming a victim of fraud. We firmly believe that companies
that follow these guidelines, and there are many, are the ones you can trust
to do business with.
Always get a total cost of any product you purchase. Be sure this includes
any taxes and shipping. It does not matter if you order via the Internet,
telephone or by mail. Keep records of the items you purchased including:
1) The purchase date.
2) The purchase amount.
3) How you ordered and from whom if this was a telephone order.
4) How much you paid for the item.
Find out what the companys return policy is. Will they allow you to
return defective products? Who is responsible for return shipping costs?
Is there a restocking charge, and under what circumstances?
Do they offer a telephone number to their business, or are you talking
to a telemarketing service? Get the name, position and telephone number
(if they contacted you) of the person you placed your order with. By them
freely giving this information, they are less likely to be running a "Scam
Business".
NEVER SEND CASH THROUGH THE MAIL. Always use a check, money order or
credit card. If they do not accept credit cards, question
the actual existence of the mail order / Internet order company.
If you have reason to believe you have been involved in a case of fraud,
the following should help.
If after 30 days of ordering, you have not received your merchandise or
have not been notified by the company of why there is such a delay, do the
following:
1) Contact the company by phone and talk to the person you made the order
with, or their supervisor.
2) If nothing is resolved, send a copy of your cancelled check or credit
card receipt along with a list of products order and their costs.
3) If after 2 weeks, your complaint has still not been resolved, you can
contact any of the following:
If you ordered by mail, contact your local post master.
Contact you District Attorney.
Contact you State Attorney General.
Contact the Consumer Protection Agency.
Contact your local television or radio consumer advocate.
Most important, contact your credit card company.
There have been a number of instances where by giving your credit card
information over the telephone or e-mail, you are giving it to someone in
prison. This is the reason we require your ship to address to match the
address your credit card company has on file for you.
